2010 Constitution IMPORTANT
The constitution has been updated to reflect recent changes and clarification on certain rules.
**new changes:
-League Subs must be at the bottom of order
-No Subs if you have 9 league players
-min. 5 gp or you cannot play in the playoffs, and are removed from the league for 2011. The interest is too high for us to allow players that miss too many games, because it causes forfeits etc.
-Innings are to be completed once started
-Once you bat through your order, no new player can be added
-Fair Play Rule updated
-Forfeit section updated.
-Teams that forfeit are charged $5 per player on roster. This rule will be in effect beginning next year.
